1.1. Can I create an account and use the Services?

You will need a Glow Games account to access many of our services. To create one and use the Services, you must: (i) be an adult; (ii) be an emancipated minor; or (iii) have valid parental or legal guardian consent.

1.2. How do I create an account?

You can create an account with unique login credentials on our websites or by signing in with an existing social-network account (where applicable).

1.3. Do I need to give my real name?

You must always provide accurate and complete information, including your real name.

1.5. Can I share or sell my account or login credentials?

When you create an account you select a unique username and password (your “Login Credentials”). You agree:

• You may not share your account or Login Credentials with anyone.
• You may not sell, transfer or grant access to your account or Login Credentials.
• You must keep your Login Credentials secret.
• You must notify us immediately of any security breach.

2.1. How can my account be suspended or terminated?

You may close or suspend your account at any time via our support page. We may suspend or terminate your account if we reasonably determine you have breached these Terms, harmed our community, or failed to pay outstanding amounts.

2.3. What happens if Glow Games terminates my account?

If your account is terminated you will no longer have access, including to associated data or Virtual Content. When we terminate for legitimate reasons you are not entitled to any refund and we have no liability to you.

3.1. What can I do with the Glow Games Services?

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and enjoy the Services (and any Virtual Content) for individual, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, expressly conditioned on your compliance with these Terms.

3.2. Can I do things with Glow Games’ intellectual property?

We (and our licensors) own and reserve all right, title and interest in the Services and all data and content posted on or made available through them. You may not use any of our trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names or trade dress unless we grant you a license in a signed written agreement.

4.1. What is Virtual Content?

Virtual Content includes items such as in-game currency, virtual products like characters, skins, premium plans, accessories, and the GG Coin currency.

4.3. Do I “own” the Virtual Content I unlock?

You do not own any property right in unlocked Virtual Content, regardless of how you obtained it. Virtual Content (including GG Coins) has no monetary value. You cannot transfer or redeem Virtual Content for any kind of “real-world” money. You cannot obtain a refund except as expressly permitted by us.

5.1. Is everything on the Services free?

Services and virtual content may be acquired through donations. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and to pay all applicable amounts and taxes. We may adjust prices at any time (going forward).

7.1. Can I troll, insult, threaten or harass others while using the Services?

To use the Services you must comply with all laws of your region and with our Acceptable Use policies. The following behaviors warrant disciplinary action:

• Impersonating any person, company or entity, including a Glow Games employee;
• Posting personal identifying information about yourself, our employees, or other players;
• Harassing, stalking or threatening other players or our employees;
• Removing, altering or hiding any copyright, trademark, patent or proprietary notice;
• Engaging in conduct we reasonably consider objectionable or offensive (illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, sexually explicit, racially or ethnically objectionable);
• Transmitting viruses, corrupted data or malicious code;
• Bypassing technological protection measures;
• Spamming for personal or commercial purposes;
• Cheating or socially engineering other players;
• Using unauthorized third-party programs (mods, hacks, cheats, scripts, bots);
• Accessing non-public areas of the Services;
• Selecting offensive, defamatory, vulgar, obscene or impersonating usernames;
• Account boosting / playing on someone else’s account;
• Inducing others to violate these rules;
• Using the Services for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

9.1. Does Glow Games monitor me while I use the Services?

We may actively monitor use of the Services, both on our servers and on your computer or device, for reasons such as preventing cheating and hacking, reducing toxic player behavior, and improving the Services.

14.1. Is there a cap on Glow Games' potential liability under these Terms?

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you (whether for breach of contract, negligence or any other reason) is limited to the total amounts you paid Glow Games in the 12 months immediately preceding your cause of action.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, WE DO NOT EXCLUDE OR LIMIT IN ANY WAY OUR LIABILITY TO YOU WHERE IT WOULD BE UNLAWFUL TO DO SO, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or willful misconduct.

15.1. Which law applies to these Terms or to any dispute?

If you reside in Brazil, you contract with Glow Games LTDA. These Terms and any action arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict-of-laws provisions.
