Click "Create account" in the top menu. If you're in Brazil, you'll be sent to the full sign-up with CPF and phone; otherwise to the international form. After registering, confirm your email by clicking the link sent to your inbox.
Open the player panel and go to the "Donate" tab. Pick a method (PIX, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Binance Pay), enter the amount, and complete the payment. GGCoins are credited automatically within minutes after confirmation. For manual methods (Binance) the credit happens after staff approval.
In the panel, open "Linked accounts" and pick the desired game. You can either create a brand-new game account from the panel, or link an existing one by providing login, password and registered email. Each game has a max-accounts limit (usually 3, except Tera which is 1).
On the login page, click "Forgot password", enter your registered email, and we'll send a reset link. The link expires in 1 hour for security. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder.
Two-factor authentication adds an extra layer of security: when you log in, we email a 6-digit code that must be entered to finish sign-in. Enable it in Panel → Settings → Security with the "Enable 2FA" button. Disabling requires re-entering your password.
The fastest channel is the official Discord (discord.gg/GlowGames), where the team is online almost full-time. For formal questions, email [email protected] or use the form on this page. Donations and payments get priority.
No. GGCoins stay in your wallet until you spend them in a game. Conversion rates between GGCoins and each game's internal currency may be adjusted by staff — always check the "Transfer" tab before moving balance between servers.
Yes. Bans are reviewed manually by the team when requested via email ([email protected]) or a Discord ticket. Present your version clearly; the team reviews server and anti-cheat logs before any final decision. Donations are not refunded in cases of cheating bans.
Yes, often. Follow our Discord, Instagram, and the launcher for early announcements. Servers in development show up on the home carousel with a "Coming soon" tag.
Since GGCoins are credited instantly and can be spent on digital content, donations are final. Refunds are reviewed only in cases of verified technical error (duplicate charge, GGCoins not credited, etc.) — open a support ticket with proof.
