We collect: (i) data you provide at sign-up — name, email, CPF (Brazil only), phone, country, date of birth; (ii) usage data — IP address, user agent, sessions and interactions with the panel/launcher; (iii) payment data limited to the transaction identifier provided by our processors (Asaas, PayPal, Mercado Pago, Binance Pay).

We use your data to: provide and protect your account, process donations and credit GGCoins, prevent fraud and abusive behaviour, comply with legal and tax obligations, and send important product communications. We do not use your data for advertising profiling.

We share strictly necessary data with payment processors, transactional email providers, and hosting partners. Each partner is bound by contract to process the data only under our instructions. We never sell your personal data.

We use essential cookies (login session, language preference) and anonymised analytics cookies to improve the site experience. You can manage cookies in your browser settings; essential cookies cannot be disabled without compromising service functionality.

You have the right to: confirm whether your data is being processed, access and correct it, request anonymisation, export, or deletion (except where retention is legally required), revoke consent, and lodge a complaint with the competent authority (ANPD in Brazil). We apply technical and organisational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), password hashing (bcrypt), network segmentation, access logging, and permission reviews. Data is retained while your account is active and for legally required periods after closure (5 years for payments, per Brazilian tax law).
